Shapiro time delay is retarded

 The Shapiro time delay effect, or gravitational time delay effect, is one of the four classic Solar System tests of general relativity. Radar signals passing near a massive object take slightly longer to travel to a target and longer to return than they would if the mass of the object were not present. And, just like Einstein, Shapiro completely ignores that the speed of light DECREASES near massive objects because it refracts in their ATMOSPHERE. Which immediatelly explains why there is a slight time delay, without any of this relative non-sense. So his whole relative calculation wrong, because he assumes that EM waves travel at the speed of light in a vaccum c near massive objects, which they DON’T, because they slow down. Shapiro apparently was not aware of this basic fact of physics, and did not take into consideration the index of refraction of the sun’s (or any other massive object) atmosphere, which slows the speed of light and radio waves and all EM waves in general as they pass near them.

This is just another example of how refraction is confused with gravitation by these so called scientists, who don't understand basic refraction physics. They just have to know that v=c/n, where n is index of refraction, but these relative fools use c everywhere, and illogically 'prove' that time is slowed down by gravity, as predicted by general relativity. But all they prove is Einstein's prediction that ’only two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity’.
