The absurdity of space-time geodesics

In his theory of general relativity, the great genius Einstein applies geodesics to empty space in order to describe mathematically how space is curved by mass.

But, according to the (Oxford) definition, a geodesic is:
'the shortest line between two points on a curved or spherical surface'.

Earth has a surface, and geodesy is literally the science which studies the earth's shape. That's where the notion of 'geodesics' comes from- they are the lines traced on the surface of the earth.

So you absolutely need to have a surface in order to talk about geodesics. (just like you absolutely need to have a medium in order to talk about a wave)

The problem with Einstein's geodesics is that, as shocking as this may sound, SPACE DOES NOT HAVE A SURFACE ! And neither does time.

So unless Einstein was reffering to the solid sky dome from the 'scientific' book of Genesis, which was called the Firmament by  ancient people, there is no way to apply geodesics to space, or space-time. Because time does not have a surface either.

The surface of space/time is inconceivable and meaningless, and only an irrational or insane person could imagine geodesics on a surface which does not exist and make a whole theory about this utter non-sense, which of course no one was ever able to comprehend. Not even Einstein.

Because space expansion is illogical, as is space bending and curvature. Space is not a physical object which can expand or bend. It is the lack there of. Imagining geodesics in space is pure insanity and pseudo science because a geodesic is, by definition, the shortest line between two points on a spherical or curved surface (Oxford def.). Space has no surface, and time does not have one either, so space-time geodesics are a complete non-sense.
The notion of Geodesic comes from Geodesy, the science which studies earth's shape, which has a curved surface (Geo meaning Earth, obviously). It has nothing to do with space, which has no shape or surface. General relativity is based on a complete misuse and misunderstanding of the notion of geodesics. It is completelly illogical as it ignores the definition which requires a surface, which space obviously does not and cannot have.
Unless it is a physical object, like the solid sky firmanent from the babble. Which is not what Einstein believed in, as he called it a book of childish superstitions. Amen to that !
